Before you start.
What do I receive?
A lifetime licence to use RUENGINE, unlimited users and ownership of your business data. The licence does not transfer ownership of the source code.
Can we expand later?
Yes. You can add modules, integrations and custom work in stages. We confirm the work and costs in writing. Not every feature is included in every package.
Which services have separate costs?
Your proposal sets out the costs for setup, data migration, training, hosting, maintenance, support, integrations and usage-based services. Third-party charges may apply.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your business data remains yours. Your service terms explain what you can export, the formats available, timing, costs and how your data is deleted if you leave.
Who is RUENGINE for?
Mid-size and large multi-location businesses with bigger teams that want sales, operations, people and marketing in one system.
Is there a limit on users?
No. The licence covers unlimited users. Storage is shared across your whole company rather than split per user, as set out in your proposal.
Do you host it for us?
Yes. We host and maintain your own dedicated instance. Your written service plan explains support, backups and recovery. Hosting and support are priced separately from the licence.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Yes, through API integrations, including accounting, calling and messaging, online store, advertising and analytics tools. We confirm each connection and its setup in your proposal.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. Together we decide which data to move and check it before launch. Data migration is included or separate, as set out in your proposal.
Is Spark AI included?
Spark AI is an optional add-on, with usage charged separately. Your proposal lists the channels and hours Spark AI will cover.
When can we start?
We are taking Q1 2027 builds now. Scheduling is confirmed after your consultation.
